I never got a confirmation email, how do I know if my order went through? Be sure to check your email’s Spam folder to see if your Order Confirmation was accidentally delivered there. If you still need further assistance, you can confirm your order via Live Chat on our website, by calling 1-866-972-2849, or by email at guestservice@scrubsandbeyond.com.
Can I update my order after it has already been placed? You are always able to update or modify your order within one hour of order placement. After one hour, we will do our best to make any changes you request. If we are unable to make these changes before your order ships, we will gladly provide a free shipping label so you can return your items at no charge.
How will I know my size before ordering? Size charts can be found on each product’s description page. The measurements are specific to each brand to give the most accurate fit.

How can I check item availability? Clicking on each size or color on a product's description page will indicate whether the item is “in stock” or “not available”. If you need further information, you can contact our Customer Service department.
What if my size is out of stock? If a particular size is out of stock, we suggest periodically checking the back to see if the stock status has been updated. Many brands may carry a similar item that you may like, so feel free to browse our assortment or view our Virtual Catalog.
Can you contact me when an item comes back in stock? We are currently unable to contact customers when an item comes back in stock. Please check the product's detail page periodically.
What size ranges are available? Size ranges vary by brand. Most items are available in sizes XS - 3X. Some products offer extended sizes including XXS and 4X - 6X as well as Petite, Short, and Tall pant options.
Do you offer Petite and Tall sizes? We carry Petite, Short, and Tall pant lengths.
How do I know if the same color will match across brands? The easiest way to ensure a color match is to purchase items of the same Collection. A Collection is a small assortment of products with the same fit, feel, and fabric. An example of a Collection is Grey's Anatomy Impact Collection or Infinity Collection by Cherokee. There is no guarantee that items listed under the same Brand name will be an exact color match. If you have more questions, please contact our Customer Service department.
I want to ask questions about a product before placing an order. How do I find more information about the item? Each item has an area dedicated to "Product Details" containing the item's description, specifications, and materials. However if you need additional information, please utilize the "Questions & Answers " area of the product's description page or contact our Customer Service department.
How do I care for my Scrubs apparel? Laundering instructions will vary by brand. Please consult the care tag on the inside of your garment for proper care instructions.
Computer Monitor Color Accuracy - We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell on our online store. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.
Do you offer embroidery? Yes. We offer embroidery on the left and/or right chest of any solid colored scrub top, jacket, or lab coat (personalization and custom logo).
How do I request embroidery? For personalization, simply click
+Add Embroidery on the product's detail page and enter your desired
text. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 3 business
days.
For custom logos, simply click +Add Embroidery to upload an image (png,
jpg) of your logo. A member of our group sales team will contact you
within one business day to ensure your logo request is exactly what you
want. After you approve your logo, all in-stock items on your order will
be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
What items can I get embroidered? Embroidery may be applied to solid tops, jackets, and lab coats.
Can I have my company's logo embroidered onto my garment? Yes, please refer to the "How do I request embroidery" section.
What if I need help with my embroidery order? Please contact our Customer Service department if you need assistance or have additional questions regarding embroidery.
How long do embordered items take to ship? Please refer to the "How do I request embroidery" section.
What if my embroidery item does not fit? Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges of embroidered items.
Do promotional offers apply to embroidery costs? Promotional offers cannot be applied to embroidery costs.
What text colors and fonts are available? Please see the list of colors on our Embroidery page. Font style can be Block or Script.
Will I be able to preview my embroidery selections before submitting
an order?
For personalization, you may see a preview of the font style and color
when entering your information.
For custom logos, you will receive a "Sew out" in the mail within 3-5
business days of your order. You may make any adjustments to the logo
before approving the order for processing.
Our quality assurance team will ensure a professional look and may
contact you if they believe your selection could be improved.
What shipping methods are available to me? Standard shipping (3-5 business days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days).
Can I select a preferred shipping method? Customers can select standard or express shipping during the checkout process.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $7.95 and express shipping is $24.95. International shipping costs vary based on location.
Does S&B ship internationally? Scrubs & Beyond does ship internationally via GlobalShopex.
Can I ship to a PO Box? We allow standard shipping to P.O. Boxes, however we cannot apply express shipping to P.O. Box addresses.
How will I know when my order has been shipped? We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long will my order take to get to me? Customers should receive their order in 4-6 business days.
How can I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
I only received half of my order - where's the rest? We will ship all in-stock items on the same or next business day. If your items ship from separate warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments.
I entered an incorrect shipping address on my order - can I change it? Please contact customer service if you need to modify your order. If your order has not already begun processing, we can make an adjustment. If your order has shipped and you need to change the shipping address, please contact the shipping carrier to ask if they can update the address.
Will I be charged sales tax? Scrubs & Beyond complies with all state and local sales taxes. Currently we are unable to allow tax-exempt status to eligible customers.
BACKORDERS
Why is my item on backorder? Items are listed as backordered when they are currently out of stock. Once we receive these items, they will ship immediately.
How long will my backordered items take to ship? Unfortunately, we cannot always give a definitive date for when your item will ship. Please contact our customer service department to get the most accurate answer.
Can I cancel my backordered item(s)? Backordered items can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Service department.
What is your return/exchange policy? An item may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same style. You may return any unworn or unwashed item. If you use a Scrubs & Beyond return label, we will deduct the shipping cost of $8.95 from your refund. You may also complete your return or exchange at one of our stores at no charge.
How do I return items? You may return items at one of our stores or by shipping the items back to us. More information regarding returns can be found here.
How much does it cost to return? Returns made at one of our stores are free of charge. If you choose to use a Scrubs & Beyond return label, we will deduct $8.95 from your refund. You may also use a carrier of your choice, however we do recommend that you insure your package.
Can I return/exchange in store? Customers may make returns or exchanges free of charge at any of our store locations.
What if I lost my receipt? If you are unable to locate your receipt, a store associate can look up your order if it was purchased at one of our store locations. If you purchased online and are unable to find your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.
I received the wrong items - what should I do? If you received the wrong items in your shipment, please contact our Customer Service department for further assistance.
How long will it take to receive my refund? Most refunds are processed the same or next business day, however it may take 1-3 business days for your bank statement to be updated.

Are there any items that I cannot return? We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.
How do I check the status of my return? While most returns are processed the same or next business day, it may take 1-3 business days for your information to be updated. If you haven’t received confirmation after three business days, please contact our Customer Service department.

How long do I have to return an item? Customers have 60 days from the day of purchase to make a return or exchange.
Can I return/exchange embroidered items? We cannot accept returns or exchanges of embroidered items at this time.
How do I add or remove existing items from an order? If you would like to modify your order, please contact our Customer Service department. If you order has not entered the processing stage, we can still make changes.
Can I ship two different returns in one box? Customers can return items from two different orders in one box, but please include both order numbers on your return form.
Can I exchange items that I've received an initial discount on, or will I have to pay the full price? There will be no additional item charges applied for exchanges of different sizes or colors of the same style.
How do I use coupons/promo codes? Customers can apply a discount code in the shopping bag or in the payment step of the checkout process.
Are there exclusions to coupon codes? Offers not valid on Alegria, Barco, Grey’s Anatomy, Cherokee, Cherokee Workwear, Dansko, Dickies, HeartSoul, Koi, Littmann, Skechers by Barco, Vera Bradley, Betsey Johnson, special promotions, previous purchases, gift cards, items ending in .97, tax and shipping. Limit one discount or promotion per order. Not to be combined with any other discount or offer. Limit one offer per customer.
Can I use more than one coupon code? There is a limit of one discount code or promotion per order.
I get a discount through my employer/school - can I use that discount online? Currently, company and school discounts cannot be applied to online orders. Please visit a Scrubs & Beyond store near you to take advantage of the discount program.
Why isn't my coupon working? It’s possible that your discount has expired or has exclusions. If you have any questions regarding a discount code, please contact our Customer Service department.

Why are some prices in the catalog different from online? Prices are subject to change. There are frequent price changes amongst our various vendors throughout the year. For the Spring 2023 catalog, Barco products' price will increase on 2/4/23, at which time we will to update pricing on the web and in store. Since the catalog will be released before the price increases, there will be a discrepancy in prices once the price changes take effect online.

What is Beyond Rewards? Beyond Reward is a brand new Scrubs & Beyond Loyalty Program (currently only available for online purchases). Earn a $5 reward each time you spend $100* on online purchases registered to your Scrubs & Beyond account. There are also additonal ways to earn points which can be found on the Rewards page.
How do I sign up? Simply create an account and enter your name, email, and password. It's free to join and you will automatically be signed up for Beyond Rewards. If you currently have an online account with us - you've already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
What benefits will I receive? Customers will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Once 100 points have been earned, you will receive a $5 reward that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

What is Scrubs Club? Scrubs Club is the Scrubs & Beyond Loyalty Program (currently only available for in-store purchases). Earn a $5 reward coupon each time you spend $100* on in-store purchases registered to your Scrubs Club account. You’ll also enjoy double points the first Tuesday of each month and exclusive members-only offers.
How do I sign up? To join the Scrubs Club Loyalty Program, go to any Scrubs & Beyond store and ask a sales associate.

How much does embroidery for team orders cost? Embroidery is $5.00 per line for up to 3 lines of text. Custom logos are $9.00 for each item.
